Dr. Jonathan Glashow is a Board Certified orthopedic surgeon and Co-Chief of Sports Medicine Orthopedics at New York’s Mount Sinai Medical Center and has been in private practice for over 29 years. He specializes exclusively in orthopedic shoulder surgery and knee injuries including advanced arthroscopic all-inside anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction, revision ACL reconstruction surgery, as well as state of the art techniques for arthroscopic rotator cuff repair surgery, shoulder labral repair surgery, MCL repair surgery, meniscal transplants surgery, fractures, and separated shoulder surgery.

Widely respected for his precision and application of groundbreaking surgical techniques, Dr. Glashow’s approach is based on a philosophy that each individual procedure is specific and customized to the individual needs of each patient. After receiving his medical degree from Cornell University Medical College, Dr. Glashow completed his residency at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City in Orthopedic Surgery. He went on to earn subspecialty fellowship training in sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery at the Southern California Orthopedic Institute/UCLA in Los Angeles, California: followed by a traveling Shoulder Fellowship in London, Ontario Canada and the University of Texas at San Antonio.
