One of my fondest childhood memories is of following my father around during his weekend hospital rounds. It was no surprise when I followed in his footsteps, and those of my grandfather, and became a physician. Both my father and my grandfather felt that medicine was a privilege – not a job – and I am proud to share their sentiments.
About Dr. Rachel Kramer
I pride myself on paying close attention to all of my patients and being available for them – and their families – at all times. I recognize that many of my patients are enduring the most difficult trial of their lives. I am honored to guide them on their path to health.
Although I have been in private practice in Manhattan for the past eleven years, I am delighted to join a practice that shares my philosophy of putting the patient first.
Dr. Rachel Kramer received her undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia, and her MD at the University Of Maryland School Of Medicine. She did her residency in internal medicine at Brown University. She completed her fellowship in hematology and oncology at the Cornell University Medical Center.
Dr. Rachel Kramer is on the voluntary faculty at Mt. Sinai Hospital and Lenox Hill Hospital. She enjoys teaching the fellows at Lenox Hill Hospital.
